Our 20-Day Return Promise
We want you to be completely happy with your Tap N Vend purchase. If something isn’t right, you have 20 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it – unused, undamaged, with all original tags, manuals, and packaging intact.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Simply email us at sales@tapnvend.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and any relevant photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).
Once your return request is approved, we will:
- Send you a prepaid return shipping label.
- Provide clear instructions on where and how to send your package.
⚠️ Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We check every order before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Inspect it as soon as you receive it.
- Contact us immediately at sales@tapnvend.com with photos.
We’ll make it right quickly—either with a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest way is to return your original item (following the process above). Once approved, simply place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If it is:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund—it can take a few business days ( 7 days ).
