Tap N Vend Return & Refund Policy
At Tap N Vend, we value customer satisfaction and aim to make every return process clear, fair, and efficient. Please review our policy below before sending any item back.
Return Period
Customers may return or exchange items within 45 days from the date of delivery.
Returns requested after 45 days may not be accepted unless specifically authorized by Tap N Vend.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in the same general condition as received — clean, functional, and without excessive wear or damage.
- All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and tags should be included when possible.
- A valid proof of purchase or invoice is required.
- Non-standard or custom-ordered products may not be eligible for return.
- Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.
Authorization & Return Procedure
Before returning any product, customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by contacting us at sales@tapnvend.com.
Please include your order number, reason for return, and any photos (if applicable, such as for damaged or incorrect items).
Once approved, Tap N Vend will:
- Provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
- Guide you through packaging and shipment details.
All approved returns must be shipped within 30 days of receiving authorization, and the RA# must be clearly displayed above the shipping label.
Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned machines and parts to cover inspection, testing, handling, and administrative costs.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or incomplete components may incur additional deductions or be declined for credit.
Shipping & Freight Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Tap N Vend error or a defective product.
- Tap N Vend will pay the return freight on any item shipped incorrectly by us.
- For valid warranty claims, Tap N Vend will cover the return shipping cost back to the customer after repair or replacement.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Inspect the item and packaging upon delivery.
- Contact sales@tapnvend.com within 48 hours with photos and your order details.
We’ll review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution — replacement, exchange, or refund — where applicable.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- You’ll receive an email confirmation regarding the refund status.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times vary by bank or payment provider but generally take 5–7 business days.
- Please allow up to 6–8 weeks for full refund processing in certain cases.
User Responsibility
Customers must comply with all applicable shipping and safety regulations when returning equipment.
Tap N Vend reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above terms.
