Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders confirmed and paid for before 4:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT) will be entered into the next available processing cycle.
Standard processing time is 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
If your order is delayed for any reason, such as stock availability or payment verification, we’ll notify you by email.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship using trusted carriers including UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Freight Shipping: Used for vending machines, coolers, and other large equipment
Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, transit delays, or regional conditions.
Freight Delivery Options
Large or heavy products are shipped by freight carrier. To receive a freight delivery, your location must have either a business loading dock or a liftgate service to safely lower the product to ground level.
Business Dock Delivery
The most economical freight option. Your dock must be at least 48 inches high and accessible to a semi-truck (up to 53 feet long).
Delivery staff will unload the product at dock level. You are responsible for moving the product inside, unpacking, and removing any packaging materials.
Curbside Delivery
If a dock isn’t available, a liftgate (tailgate) delivery can lower the product safely to the ground.
The driver will place the shipment as close as possible to the building entrance, depending on truck access and available space.
Final placement, unpacking, and debris removal are the customer’s responsibility.
Free Shipping
Products listed with Free Shipping include Business Dock Freight Delivery within the 48 contiguous United States.
If a liftgate is required but not selected at checkout, additional charges may apply and will be communicated before shipment.
Free shipping may not apply to all remote or restricted delivery areas. If additional costs apply, we’ll contact you for approval before shipping.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect your shipment and packaging for any visible damage.
If damage is found, write “Package Damaged” on the delivery receipt before signing.
If the shipment is severely damaged, refuse delivery and note “Refused – Damaged Item” on the delivery slip. Contact us immediately at sales@tapnvend.com so we can arrange a replacement or claim.
Keep all original packaging and take photos of any damage. This helps speed up claims and replacement processing.
Minor surface marks or scuffs may occur during shipping and do not affect the product’s operation.
Any hidden damage or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. After this time, claims may need to be filed directly with the freight carrier.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear after the shipment leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Costs
Currently, shipping is free on all orders within the United States.
We reserve the right to change shipping rates or terms at any time without prior notice.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.
Some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Oversized or heavy items may require special arrangements—if this applies to your order, we’ll contact you before shipping.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately at sales@tapnvend.com with clear photos of the product and packaging.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the shipping carrier first to confirm delivery details. If the issue isn’t resolved, reach out to us, and we’ll work with you to find a fair solution.
