Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. If there’s any delay (for example, due to stock availability or verification issues), we’ll contact you via email.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use trusted shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx for most deliveries. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its progress. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers.
  • Some oversized or heavy items may require special shipping arrangements.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us immediately at sales@tapnvend.com with photos of the item and packaging.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, please contact the carrier first. If the issue isn’t resolved, reach out to us and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
