Welcome to Tap N Vend. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Definitions

- “Customer,” “you,” or “your” refers to any person or entity purchasing from or using our website.

- “Products” refers to vending machines, coolers, and related accessories sold by Tap N Vend.
- “Services” includes product delivery, setup assistance, customer support, or any other offerings made available by Tap N Vend.
2. Use of the Website
By using our website, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You will not use our website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- You will not attempt to interfere with website operations or security.
We reserve the right to modify content, restrict access, or terminate use of our website if any Terms are violated.
3. Product Information & Availability
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, errors or omissions may occasionally occur.
Tap N Vend reserves the right to correct such errors and cancel or adjust any orders based on incorrect information.
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified and offered a refund or replacement option.
4. Refurbished Equipment
Unless otherwise stated, all vending machines and coolers sold by Tap N Vend are refurbished. Each unit is tested, cleaned, and restored to working condition before shipment.
Minor cosmetic imperfections may be present due to previous use, but functionality is always verified prior to delivery.
5. Orders & Payment
- Orders are processed once payment is confirmed in full.
- We accept major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
- You agree to provide accurate billing and contact details when placing an order.
- Orders may be declined or canceled at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.
6. Pricing & Taxes
All prices on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax unless otherwise noted.
Taxes and shipping fees are calculated during checkout. Tap N Vend reserves the right to adjust pricing without prior notice.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Orders confirmed and paid before 4:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT) enter the next processing cycle.
- Standard processing time is 1–3 business days.
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
- Tap N Vend is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

8. Inspection & Acceptance
You must inspect your shipment upon delivery.
If you notice any damage, missing items, or defects, contact sales@tapnvend.com within 7 days of delivery.
After this period, the product is deemed accepted and eligible only for warranty coverage (if applicable).
9. Returns & Refunds
Tap N Vend offers a 45-day return window from the date of delivery.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be in clean, functional condition with minimal wear.
- All original packaging, manuals, and accessories should be included when possible.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Non-standard or custom equipment may not be eligible for return.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover inspection, testing, and handling costs.
Process
To start a return, contact sales@tapnvend.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Once authorized, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to sender.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error by Tap N Vend.
- For valid warranty or incorrect shipments, Tap N Vend covers return shipping.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the item is inspected.
Please allow up to 6–8 weeks for full refund processing in certain cases.
10. Warranty
Unless otherwise noted, refurbished vending machines come with a limited warranty (typically 30–90 days) covering mechanical or operational defects.
The warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic imperfections (scratches, scuffs, dents)
- Damage caused by misuse or improper installation
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs
11. Intellectual Property
All website content — including logos, text, product photos, and media — is the property of Tap N Vend and protected under copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Tap N Vend is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the product’s purchase price.
We are not responsible for business losses, downtime, or lost profits resulting from use or delay of equipment.
13. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party sites. Tap N Vend is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of these external websites.
We recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies before engaging with them.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts located in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana.
15. Changes to These Terms
Tap N Vend reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
Continued use of our site or services indicates acceptance of any updated terms.
